Our client based in Burgess Hill are looking for a driver/installer - someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on getting things done properly the first time.

Key Responsibilities:- Driver/Installation/Maintenance
You will be driving to commercial clients' premises across Sussex, Surrey and London. Carry out high-quality installation and ongoing maintenance across a range of client sites. Represent our brand with professionalism and pride — you'll often be the face of the business on-site. Ensure work is completed to high standards every time.
Hands-On Problem Solving- Work practically and efficiently
- Apply a "right first time" attitude to all tasks
- Take ownership of issues and deliver solutions
- Travel to various client sites (company van will be provided)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site to build strong working relationships
- Be dependable, punctual, and thorough — reliability is key
As you prove yourself in the technician role, you'll have the chance to grow into wider operational responsibilities, including:
- Supervising a small team of technicians
- Involvement in purchasing and supplier management
- Helping shape processes and systems to support quality and efficiency
- Taking a lead in health & safety compliance and risk assessment
- Supporting planning and logistics for installations and production

About You- Strong practical/DIY skills.
- Van driving experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- Reliable, proactive and self-motivated — you see what needs doing and get it done
- Willingness to accept feedback, learn, grow and take on new challenges
- Previous experience in a similar hands-on role is beneficial
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel)
