Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting, configuring and deploying Windows 7/10
- Supporting Microsoft Office 2013
- Proactively working to improve internal processes
- Pro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites
- Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions
Key Skills and Experience
- Very good English communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated, well organised
- Good IP networking skills
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues
- Printer setup, management and driver configurations
