Our company client is seeking a Business Support Assistant to work with a key partner in a growing business in London. This role offers both office and home-based work opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and accommodation bookings
- Support the Business Manager with tracking various business operations procedures
- Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Manage incoming emails, open and date stamp all post, and correspond on behalf of the manager
- Perform paperwork cleansing and manage business card requirements
Ideally, you will:
- Have some experience providing administrative support
- Possess strong administrative skills, confident in problem-solving and developing situations
- Have excellent communication skills for handling telephone, email, and face-to-face queries effectively
Essential:
