Position: Business Support Assistant

Location: London / Remote

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Our company client is seeking a Business Support Assistant to work with a key partner in a growing business in London. This role offers both office and home-based work opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and accommodation bookings
  • Support the Business Manager with tracking various business operations procedures
  • Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Manage incoming emails, open and date stamp all post, and correspond on behalf of the manager
  • Perform paperwork cleansing and manage business card requirements

Ideally, you will:

  • Have some experience providing administrative support
  • Possess strong administrative skills, confident in problem-solving and developing situations
  • Have excellent communication skills for handling telephone, email, and face-to-face queries effectively

Essential:

  • Willingness to work as part of a team and develop understanding of local general practice
