We are building a disruptive, video-first talent marketplace. We aren't interested in traditional, slow development cycles. We are looking for a "10x Developer" who uses AI-assisted coding to build, iterate, and ship features at lightning speed. You will be responsible for turning our vision of an AI-indexed, video-short recruitment platform into a scalable reality.
The "AI-First" Approach: In this role, you aren't just a coder; you are an Architect of AI Workflows. You will use tools like Cursor, Claude 3.5, and v0.dev to generate the bulk of the codebase, allowing you to focus your human expertise on high-level architecture, security, and complex integrations (Videos Payments).
