The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused People Partner to join our team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality, pragmatic HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely, accurate, and risk-aware HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a wide range of topics including performance, conduct, absence, wellbeing, and policy interpretation.
  2. Manage a caseload of employee relations matters (e.g., investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management), ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
  3. Support line managers in building their confidence and capability in people management through coaching and guidance.
  4. Contribute to the design and delivery of people and culture initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, capability development, and equality and inclusion.
  5. Support change management processes, including restructures, consultations, and organisational development initiatives.
  6. Apply sound judgment in balancing employee needs and business priorities, identifying and mitigating risk in decision-making.
  7. Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies and procedures, and HR best practices.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support data integrity and reporting.
  9. Partner effectively with colleagues across the People & Culture team and wider organisation to ensure a seamless, people-centred approach.
  10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes, practices, and policies.
  11. Act as a role model for organisational values and behaviours.
