About The Role
We are looking for a Support Worker to assist an individual to live as independently as possible, while enjoying the lifestyle they choose. You will provide practical support and encouragement that promotes their wellbeing, independence, and safety.
The level of support will vary depending on the individual's needs. As they can manage many daily tasks independently, your role will focus on providing encouragement, prompts, supervision, and reassurance when needed. You will help build their confidence, maintain their safety, and support them to achieve their personal goals while respecting their choices and preferences.
Day & Times: flexible
The BCP Direct Payments Advice Service is a support service for individuals who are living independently within the community. We are not the person you will work for. You will work for the individual or family we are supporting.
