The Lion Works School is an Independent special school that offers academic and vocational specialist learning across KS3, KS4 and Post 16. We aim to reduce barriers to enable successful learning experiences and outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities

  • Support and re‑engage students experiencing Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and other barriers to engagement.
  • Contribute to high‑quality teaching, learning and curriculum across both the school and outreach provision.
  • Inspire and rebuild confidence for pupils who have experienced a disrupted education.

Qualifications

  • Background in promoting high level outcomes for students with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and resilient.
