BCP Council is seeking experienced social workers to join our Children in Care Teams in Dorset.
You will collaborate with carers, families and agencies to craft and maintain care plans that meet each child’s needs, with the Council acting as corporate parent to around 500 children and care‑experienced young adults.
You will contribute to safeguarding, manage complex referrals, and support continuous professional development while travelling across the BCP area.
