The pay for this role will start at £28,598 plus £2,649 per annum R&R payment. We're looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. Are you a team player with excellent customer service skills looking for a new challenge? BCP Council is looking to recruit a Class 2 HGV Driver with up-to-date CPC who is flexible and willing to drive a range of vehicles. We operate a Commercial Waste refuse and recycling bin service, skip, RORO including HIAB, and bulky waste service within the local area.
The full-time post is 37 hours a week working on a rota basis. It may involve some weekend working, early starts and some late finishes. Good communication skills are essential as you will be speaking to our commercial customers and members of the public.
