Job Description
Bournemouth Building and Maintenance Limited are looking for Gas and Plumbing Apprentices.
You would work alongside BCP's In-House Repairs and Maintenance Delivery Team learning the practical skills you need and attending Bournemouth and Poole or Southampton City College on day release.
This is an entry level position so there are no minimum requirements although you will have to meet the minimum GCSE requirements per trade to gain a place at college. Please check the entry requirements for your chosen trade with the college before you apply.
We welcome and encourage applications from all genders, ages (16+) and backgrounds.
We work within the local area maintaining our housing stock and undertaking work on corporate buildings and construction projects for BCP Council. We also undertake adaptations work for private households in the BCP area.
Apprentice recruitment is very important to us – you could become the future of our organisation. If you have a positive work ethic, a practical attitude to problem solving and a commitment to high standards of work and customer care maybe this is for you.
We do not expect you to come into this role with experience but rather to have a commitment to learning and becoming a skilled tradesperson in your chosen craft.
