We are currently recruiting for a number of exciting Seafront roles here at BCP. The pay for this role will be £13.45 per hour. We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. While the starting salary is fixed, the role offers excellent scope for growth, meaningful contribution, and being part of a forward‑thinking team.
Location: Bournemouth, Boscombe & Poole Seafront. Positions: Full‑Time & Part‑Time Roles Available.
What You’ll Do
- Serve delicious food and drinks with a smile – from ice creams to hot beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
- Keep kiosks stocked, clean, and organised.
- Operate tills and process payments accurately.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, embracing the fresh sea air.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferable, but passion and willingness to learn are what really count.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work at one of our 24 sites from Poole to Boscombe and support other sites when needed.
What You’ll Need
- Full availability during peak season (July & August).
- Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Ability to lift and handle stock.
- Valid ID and National Insurance number for UK right‑to‑work checks.
