BCP Council is recruiting an Employment Specialist Supervisor for the Drug and Alcohol IPS Service across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. You will lead the IPS Employment Specialist Team, supervise staff, and maintain data in line with Fidelity standards.
You will also deliver a small personal caseload, guiding participants toward sustainable employment and coordinating with employers and internal quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality service.
