HR Advisor - Environment - Temporary - 6 months
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide employee relations support to operational managers across a frontline workforce. The role will primarily be based at Southcote Road Depot, Bournemouth with the potential for support required at other sites across BCP (with some hybrid working available). This role will play a key part in supporting the management of sickness absence, performance, conduct and a broad range of employee relations matters.
The successful candidate will manage a varied ER caseload, providing practical advice, guidance and coaching to line managers to build management capability and support confident and legally compliant decision-making. They will advise managers through absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes, ensuring cases are managed proactively, consistently and in line with policy. Experience of absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance casework is essential.
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 37 per week
