We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Hub. This is an exciting opportunity for strong administrators with experience of supporting at a senior management level.

The role is based at BCP Civic Offices with some opportunity to work from home. This busy and interesting role involves working with the Director of Commercial Operations. If you are highly motivated and proactive this role may be for you.

The duties include:

  • Robust diary management
  • Forward planning of meetings
  • Minute-taking
  • Some project support

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills as well as an ability to support the Director in monitoring performance and tasks within the Operations Service. We are looking for staff who can work well under pressure and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be required to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information.
