We are a growing portfolio of luxury beauty businesses in London, including Wumman Spa (nail and beauty services), TRYO Extensions (Brazilian hair extensions), and BCO London Salon (hair and beauty treatments). Our brands have been featured in British Vogue, Forbes, and Harper's Bazaar, and we are expanding with new locations launching in 2025.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside our Founder & CEO. This is a dynamic, hands-on role—you won’t be sitting at a desk all day. You’ll be moving between locations, solving problems in real-time, and helping to build something exciting in the luxury beauty space. This role is a mix of business operations and personal assistance, perfect for someone who thrives in variety and wants to grow with a fast-moving company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working directly alongside the CEO day-to-day, including travelling between sites
- Managing schedules, appointments, and communications
- Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Following up on ongoing projects and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Supporting operations across multiple salon and spa locations
- Handling administrative tasks: document preparation, email management, research
- Assisting with personal errands and life admin as needed
- Helping coordinate new location launches and business expansion projects
Who You Are
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive—you see what needs doing and do it without being asked
- Comfortable with a fast pace and changing priorities
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Confident using basic tech (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, booking systems)
- Flexible and adaptable—no two days will be the same
- Genuinely interested in the beauty/wellness industry (bonus, not required)
- Portuguese speaker (bonus, not required)
