Role Description:
As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients, manage appointments, answer calls and messages, process payments, maintain client records, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in reception, hospitality, salon, or spa environments preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable handling bookings, payments, and administrative tasks
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus
- Experience with booking software is advantageous
