BCMGlobal are looking for a passionate Training Officer to join our team in Ipswich. This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a comprehensive learning and development framework that supports our Servicing function and ensures we consistently achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
As Training Officer, you will play a fundamental role in designing and delivering a robust suite of training programmes. From day one induction through to technical, regulatory and continuous improvement training, you will ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver best practice, compliant services within a regulated mortgage lending environment.
You will support the business in meeting regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty expectations, ensuring our training remains current, engaging and aligned to industry standards.
