At BCMGlobal, we work alongside major banks and financial institutions to provide exceptional service to our clients and their customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mortgage Completion Officer to support mortgage applications from offer through to completion.
About the Role
As a Mortgage Completion Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring mortgage applications progress smoothly and efficiently. You’ll liaise with solicitors, brokers, clients, and third parties to co-ordinate all documentation and requirements needed to meet completion deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with solicitors and third parties to ensure loan conditions and documentation are fulfilled
- Process Certificates of Title accurately and in line with company procedures
- Arrange release of funds to solicitors ahead of completion
- Confirm completion details with solicitors
- Respond to completion-related enquiries from solicitors, brokers, and clients via phone and email
- Request valuation fee payments and instruct valuations
- Obtain and record post-completion charge registration documentation
