We’re looking for a General Enquiries Administrator to join our growing team in Ipswich. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great service experience, making sure all activity and enquiries are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with SLAs, internal processes, and current legislation.

You’ll be working with borrowers, third parties, and clients, helping to deliver positive outcomes while always treating customers fairly.
