As a Compliance Officer, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business safe, ethical, and ahead of the curve. No two days are the same—you’ll be learning, problem-solving, and making a real impact in the business. And don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone—we’ll give you full training and support towards with an opportunity to gain professional qualifications allowing you to build a long-lasting career in compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with risk assessments, PEPs, sanctions, and media screenings
- Monitoring transactions to spot suspicious activity
- Investigating Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and reporting
- Helping deliver day-to-day compliance operations while learning the ropes
What we’re looking for:
- A keen interest in compliance, risk, or financial services
- Some awareness of AML regulations, KYC, sanctions, or PEP screening (a bonus, not a must!)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- A genuine drive to learn, grow, and make an impact
