We advise on all areas of property including planningand development, sales, purchases and lettings, rural consultancy, and architecture and design.
The Isle of Wight office is expanding and we are seeking to recruit a driven and capable individual ableto provide top-quality service to our clients.This exciting role would be to support the Sales & Lettings Agency team with a focus on administrative duties.
The role is for a full time position.
The ideal candidate would have:

Job outline:
· Assisting the Sales & Lettings team with a rangeof administrative tasks
· Liaising with applicants, consultants, purchasers,solicitors and vendors
· Booking/preparing market appraisals/reports, particulars and viewings via Alto/Outlook
· Research function to support the appraisalprocess
· Administration of the sales process forproperties from initial appraisal to completion ofsale
· Chasing viewing feedback for vendors
