At BCM One, we’re searching for ambitious, people-driven communicators to join our growing Marketing team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear; sparking conversations, uncovering opportunities, and introducing businesses to technology solutions that transform the way they connect. Work Locations: This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of our London office. Our team is typically in office 3 days per week with 2 days WFH. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM GMT

Travel: Less than 5% annually

What You Will Do:

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect on LinkedIn to spark conversations with enterprise customers.
  • Research organizations, identify key decision-makers, and gather business intelligence to target the right prospects.
  • Engage with potential clients, ask thoughtful questions, and listen carefully to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Use curiosity and resourcefulness to uncover pain points and position our enterprise voice and managed connectivity solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams, shadow sales calls, and learn from experienced professionals every day.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years’ relevant experience if no degree)
  • At least 1 year of professional or leadership experience (campus club leadership counts!)
  • B2B experience is required
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is required
  • Experience making outbound calls and managing client relationships
  • Confident and personable with a strong phone presence, effective relationship-building skills, and professionalism when engaging decision makers
  • Strong written communication skills—grammar and clarity matter
  • Resilient attitude—you bounce back from rejection and keep moving forward
  • Organized and gritty—you plan your day and stay focused on hitting targets
  • Active listener with a curious, problem-solving mindset
  • Industry experience in telecoms is preferred; SaaS experience is also relevant
  • Proficiency in any second languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus
