Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and customer outcomes? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Monitoring Officer to join our dynamic team in Ipswich. This role plays a crucial part in upholding our commitment to excellent service and delivering on the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
Duties will include:
- Independently review and monitor quality standards across customer accounts, ensuring good outcomes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and errors with financial or reputational impact.
- Conduct and document both individual quality checks and thematic reviews.
- Work cross-functionally to evaluate findings, make recommendations, and contribute to client and internal reports.
- Actively support continuous improvement and change initiatives from a Quality Assurance perspective.
