BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking an Operational Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our Operational Finance function.

The main responsibility for this key role is ensuring the accurate processing of client funds, ledger postings, payments, and reconciliation of client bank accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc).
  • Manage client queries related to the financial position of their loans.
  • Oversee client payments and cash sweeps, ensuring compliance with servicing agreements and delegated authority sign-offs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate client billing reports.
  • Support clients during their annual external audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and controls within the finance function.
  • Act as the finance lead for operational projects, including client onboarding and system enhancements.
  • Manage client treasury activities and maintain relationships with bank partners.
  • Collaborate with client cash managers in the creation of investor reports.
  • Complete quarterly regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure prompt uploading of borrower receipts to the loan management system.
  • Manage the collection of borrower direct debits.

  • Proven experience managing high-volume bank account reconciliations.
  • Background in financial services.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
