You will work closely with stakeholders across regional and international offices, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the smooth delivery of both day-to-day hiring and larger recruitment projects.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Attraction & Sourcing
- Coordinating recruitment events across multiple offices, including room bookings, catering, speaker support and attendee liaison.
- Assisting with logistics for law fairs, open days and assessment centres.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of case studies, exercises and candidate materials.
- Providing administrative support to firm-wide attraction and employer branding initiatives, including entry-level recruitment posts and event promotion.
- Manage ATS-based job postings, screenings, and application tracking.
- Supporting Firm’s Spring & Summer Vacation Schemes and other early-talent programmes.
- Interview & Selection Support
- Scheduling interviews across multiple offices, practice groups and business services teams.
- Coordinating virtual and in-person assessments, including room bookings, candidate communications, case study preparation and assessor briefings.
- Setting up and supporting assessment centres, including logistics, documentation, and on-the-day coordination.
- Assisting with planning and delivering onboarding activities and other candidate engagement touchpoints.
- Recruitment Administration
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and files across internal systems.
- Drafting materials for interviews, assessments and onboarding processes.
- Updating trackers, processing candidate expenses and coordinating with HR, Recruitment and Finance.
- Preparing, issuing and tracking offer letters and contract documentation.
- Supporting new hire data entry in HR systems.
- Other administrative duties as required.

- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the team.
- Emotional intelligence and resilience, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Commitment to inclusion and contributing to an inclusive team culture.
- High integrity and sound judgement.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Desirable
- Previous experience in Human Resources or recruitment within a professional services environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Booking Management Systems, Rippling, and/or confidence in learning new systems.
- Exposure to organising assessment centres, case studies, or early-talent recruitment activities.
- Language skills (French, German, or Arabic) to support communication across international offices.
