The role focuses on providing specialist, dedicated securitisation and structured capital markets advice and transactional support to leading financial institutions, corporates, funds and advisors.We expect at least five years' post-qualification UK experience in debt finance, with a background in structured finance or securitisation and fluent French for drafting.
