Are you a PR Account Director with proven results and agency experience? Join a growing, well-established company, specialising in financial services and automotive PR. This is a senior, hands-on position and you’ll play a key role in shaping client strategy, driving results and contributing to agency growth.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staying abreast of developments in their business and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive monthly PR plans that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Craft well-written, well-targeted and captivating content: press releases, articles, comment pieces, social media and digital content.
- Constantly identify and develop new opportunities to promote clients and enhance their reputation.
- Track performance, report on results and optimise campaigns.
- Contribute to the growth and improvement of bClear, helping to win new work, marketing bClear through social media content, award submissions and client testimonials.
- Build strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Mentor team members and support their development, setting the standard for work and supporting the implementation of planning, communication and reporting processes that are aligned and understood across teams for time efficiencies, quality and consistency.
About you:
- Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for developing relationships with clients, media, stakeholders and the team.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide clear direction and feedback.

About your experience:
- Strong track record for delivering integrated campaigns from start to finish with measurable results.
- Proven PR agency experience (financial services or automotive experience would be beneficial).
- The ability to think strategically, analyse data and make data-driven decisions to optimise PR campaigns.
