BCL Timber Projects Limited is a UK-based specialist contractor that designs, manufactures and installs high-quality timber panel systems for commercial construction projects, including acoustic walls, ceilings and external cladding.
Key Skills to include:
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator (ideally within construction, engineering or SME environment)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- Good organisational, time and project management skills
- Able to work effectively as an individual
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and management accounts
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking and supplier coordination where required
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. procurement, design, operations)
- Track deadlines and ensure key finance and project milestones are met
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Organise meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions
- Support wider office administration when needed in a small team environment
