An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner (or senior lawyer ready for partnership) to join a highly regarded, internationally recognised real estate practice in London. This firm is widely respected for advising real estate developers, operators, and institutional investors both domestic and international across the full spectrum of the commercial real estate sector and global capital markets. The practice combines transactional strength with deep sector insight, offering a truly full-service platform to a sophisticated client base.
You will play a leading role in advising on complex, high-value real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development and regeneration projects
- Real estate finance and private equity investments, including fund formation
- Joint ventures and programmatic investment structures
- Planning, zoning, environmental and infrastructure matters
- Affordable housing schemes
- Restructurings and workouts
- Commercial leasing
- REITs and listed real estate structures
The team is at the forefront of an evolving real estate capital markets landscape, regularly advising on innovative investment structures and cross-border transactions.
The group has a strong reputation for advising on high-profile and often landmark development projects spanning sectors such as:
- Hospitality and mixed-use schemes
