The London Real Estate team forms part of a wider national property group, working closely with specialists in real estate finance, planning, construction and property litigation. The team is well‑structured, offering strong support from junior lawyers and paralegals, alongside experienced senior lawyers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and leaseback transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and landlord & tenant documentation (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Advising on development projects, including site acquisition and development agreements
- Supporting and supervising junior lawyers on portfolio management work (licences, consents, lettings)
- Reviewing and reporting on title and due diligence issues
- Advising clients on heads of terms and transactional strategy
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction and restructuring teams on multi‑disciplinary matters
- Supporting business development and helping to grow client relationships
About You
- UK qualified solicitor, 2-4 PQE, with strong experience in commercial real estate law
- Solid background in landlord and tenant work
- Experience across acquisitions, disposals and development work
- Strong technical skills with a commercial, solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Interest in business development and building a long‑term career within a leading firm
