The Role:
– Advising on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, investment, development, and bridging finance.
– Managing secured lending transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, with minimal supervision.
– Acting for a range of specialist lenders and financial institutions.
– Liaising directly with borrowers, lenders, investors, valuers, and other stakeholders.
– Ensuring efficient and proactive case management, with a strong focus on compliance and risk.
