Key Responsibilities- Advising on investment property acquisitions and disposals, including due diligence
- Landlord‑side asset management
- Acting for occupiers on new leases and ongoing lease management
- Supporting developers on site assembly, acquisitions and development projects
- Advising borrowers and lenders, including Certificates of Title and property‑related conditions precedent
- Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
