The Opportunity:
Joining as a Partner in the Property Litigation team, you\’ll play a critical role in both client delivery and team leadership. You\’ll have the opportunity to shape the department\’s future growth, develop new client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor on complex and high-value property litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
– Leading on complex commercial property disputes and acting as the senior adviser on strategic matters.
– Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client care.
– Building and deepening client relationships, with responsibility for your own portfolio and contribution to key firm-wide client accounts.
– Delivering business development initiatives, creating thought leadership, and identifying new revenue streams.
– Managing team performance and profitability, using data insights to drive effective outcomes.
– Supporting the Head of Property Disputes and Real Estate leadership team in executing the broader business strategy.
– Promoting the firm\’s values and contributing to its inclusive culture through active engagement with internal and external initiatives.
About You:
– A strong track record in commercial property disputes gained at a recognised Real Estate or Litigation practice.
– Excellent client service skills and a reputation for building trusted relationships.
– Proven leadership and team development experience.
– A solid business development record, ideally with an existing following or actionable business plan.
– The ambition to grow a team, expand into new sectors or markets, and lead on strategic client work.
