The Opportunity:
Joining as a Partner in the Property Litigation team, you\βll play a critical role in both client delivery and team leadership. You\βll have the opportunity to shape the department\βs future growth, develop new client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor on complex and high-value property litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
β Leading on complex commercial property disputes and acting as the senior adviser on strategic matters.
β Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client care.
β Building and deepening client relationships, with responsibility for your own portfolio and contribution to key firm-wide client accounts.
β Delivering business development initiatives, creating thought leadership, and identifying new revenue streams.
β Managing team performance and profitability, using data insights to drive effective outcomes.
β Supporting the Head of Property Disputes and Real Estate leadership team in executing the broader business strategy.

β A strong track record in commercial property disputes gained at a recognised Real Estate or Litigation practice.
β Excellent client service skills and a reputation for building trusted relationships.

β The ambition to grow a team, expand into new sectors or markets, and lead on strategic client work.
