A leading US law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (September 2025) to join its highly ranked Private Funds team in London. This team is part of one of the most respected global private funds practices, with coverage across the US, Europe, and Asia. The group advises on fund formation and regulation across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and debt. The practice is ranked Band 2 in Chambers UK for Private Equity Funds.
The Role
You will work closely with a tight-knit team of funds, regulatory, and tax specialists advising leading UK, US, and global asset managers on complex, cross-border mandates. Associates enjoy high levels of responsibility, partner access, and a genuinely international platform.
