A highly regarded, ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an established Partner to lead its Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. This is a rare chance to shape the department's strategy and take a senior role in a firm that is investing in growth.
This is a role for an established Partner who has the background and gravitas to lead and shape an existing team.
The role
Head the Commercial Litigation team, setting strategy and driving growth
Lead a portfolio of high-value, complex commercial disputes
Develop and manage key client relationships, with a clear plan for business development
Contribute to firm-wide strategy and work with other partners in the senior management team
Mentor and develop fee earners in the team
Raise the team profile through measured marketing
About you
Established Commercial Litigation Partner looking to lead a team
Proven track record of leading complex disputes
Client relationships or a sold network to tap into
Experience of managing a team or mentoring juniors
Strong profile in the Manchester and North West market
