Senior PI Partner / Legal Director
An established and highly respected law firm is seeking a Senior Lawyer / Legal Director to join its specialist Class Action team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage high-profile litigation relating to a class action litigation claim. Based either Manchester or London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex class action litigation
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
- Engage in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful case outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in class actions or disease claims.
- Proven track record in leading complex litigation teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously.
