We have a rare opportunity for an ambitious EL/PL Solicitor/Fee Earner to join a well established and successful PI firm based in Cheshire. Salary to £55,000 plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Solicitor or an experienced Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience and be able to handle a litigated caseload of EL/PL files (the files will be a mix of pre and post litigation).
- Work autonomously within a team of Solicitors, with the ability to hit the ground running and contribute to a high-quality EL/PL caseload.
- Manage a varied caseload of Fast Track and lower value Multi Track EL/PL claims, including both pre- and post-litigation work.

The Firm offers a friendly and close-knit team with excellent quality work and a supportive working environment, along with pay above market rate salaries. They provide great bonus incentives and a traditional approach. The firm offers flexible working times with on-site parking and hybrid working (1 or 2 days a week in the office).
