BCL Private Practice is seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor to join their International Serious Injury team in London. You will manage a litigation caseload of serious injury claims from overseas incidents, including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, and medical negligence.
The successful candidate should have experience in managing catastrophic injury claims, with cross-border claims experience being a strong advantage.
The role supports flexible working, encourages remote work, but office presence once or twice a week is recommended.
