This firm is amongst the leading firms in the UK for Employment law, ranked in the top tiers of the Legal 500 for their Employment law in London. They have a diverse and specialised team, working across various domestic and international jurisdictions, covering a caseload of high-level respondent work with a strong focus on senior executive work.
The role involves being an Associate within the team, undertaking a broad range of work in a supportive collegiate department, and developing into a trusted advisor to senior executive clients. Responsibilities include advising clients such as CEOs, founders, Partnership members, and major stakeholders, as well as negotiating service agreements, high profile exits, and the movement of teams across businesses.
About You:
- Experienced Associates with at least five years' post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction.
- Strong academics and a confident understanding of employment law, ideally from a Top 50/Legal 500 background.
- Strong organisation skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world's most well-regarded employment practices.
