We are seeking a Senior Associate in Construction Litigation to join a leading London law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work on highāprofile, complex UK construction disputes, advising blueāchip clients across the real estate, development, and construction sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex construction disputes from start to finish, including adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, litigation, and enforcement proceedings in the TCC.
- Provide autonomous, strategic advice on matters such as final account and delay claims, quality of build, construction insolvency, bond claims, fire and structural safety under new legislation, professional indemnity, and insuranceārelated disputes.
- Offer commercial and technical guidance to clients, assessing risk and proposing innovative solutions in partnership with senior colleagues.
- Lead and supervise junior lawyers, providing coaching, mentoring, and support for professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor across multiple matters.
- Manage projects efficiently, including instructing counsel, liaising with experts, and attending client and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay at the forefront of construction law developments, sharing insight and best practice across the team and wider firm.
