BCL Legal has been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm in Birmingham. This position sits within a highly regarded insurance disputes team and offers the chance to work on complex and high-quality matters within a supportive and collegiate environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of insurance coverage and claims defence matters. Work will involve:
– Advising insurers on policy coverage and interpretation issues.
– Handling professional indemnity claims for a broad spectrum of professionals, including solicitors, barristers, construction consultants, financial services professionals, and insurance brokers.
– Managing disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
– Providing strategic advice on claims and risk management.
– This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a number of well-regarded partners in the Birmingham market, whilst also contributing to national and cross-office projects.
