A top-tier US boutique law firm in London is seeking a talented Fund Finance Associate with between newly qualified and three years\’ post-qualification experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team where you\’ll gain genuine responsibility, direct access to partners, and the chance to make a visible impact on headline-making work.
The role will see you advising leading global clients on a wide range of fund finance transactions, including subscription line and NAV facilities. You\’ll be working in a collaborative environment that prioritises quality over hierarchy, and where junior lawyers are trusted early on with meaningful work and client interaction.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified (September 2025 included), with prior experience in fund finance gained at a top City, US, or international firm. Experience of subscription and NAV-based lending is essential, and additional exposure to leverage or structured finance would be an advantage. You\’ll be commercially aware, technically strong, and ready to take the next step in your legal career.
In return, the firm offers a genuinely collegiate environment, high-level international work, and the sort of autonomy and visibility rarely found at this stage of practice. This is a superb platform for ambitious associates looking to fast-track their development and work closely with market-leading partners – without getting lost in the crowd.
