Finance Litigation Lawyer – Asset/Debt Recovery
Location: North West (Liverpool or Manchester)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Full time (Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm; Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)

A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Litigation Lawyer to join its Creditor Services team, focusing on asset finance litigation and debt recoveries. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE in finance-related litigation who is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
You\’ll be joining a high-performing team known for its collaborative approach and strong client relationships, with a consistent stream of high-quality finance work and opportunities for career development – no following required.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a finance recoveries caseload from instruction through to resolution.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Supporting business development and client acquisition efforts.
Meeting financial and performance targets.
Mentoring and supporting junior team members, including solicitors and paralegals.
Ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients, team leaders, and introducers.
Contributing positively to the overall team culture and operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial finance recovery or a similar litigation discipline.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and court schedules effectively.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Clear and professional communication abilities.
Team-oriented, reliable, and conscientious approach.
