EL/PL Fee Earner – HYBRID
An award-winning claimant firm based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a fee earner (qualified or non-qualified) to join their Employment and Public Liability Department.
The Firm
This PI firm has a fantastic reputation for providing good quality legal services and a solid PI offering. Its large office based in Manchester is easily accessible by car or tram/train.
The Role
You\\\’ll handle a caseload of EL/PL litigated fast track files. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of litigated files.
Main Responsibilities
- A personal Injury Litigation Executive dealing in pre and post litigation EL/PL cases.
- Manage a caseload of 100/150 files at any one time
- Working to court deadlines
- Liaising and reporting to insurers
- Writing letters negotiating a claimant\\\’s settlement
- Letters of instruction
- Medical reports
- Issuing court proceedings
