The team advises an impressive client base spanning developers, contractors, consultants, funders, investors and public sector organisations, with work connected to some of the UK's most significant development, regeneration, infrastructure and energy projects. Your role will encompass a broad range of contentious construction and engineering matters, including: Advising developers, contractors, consultants, funders, investors and public sector clients on complex construction disputes and engineering disputes. Acting in adjudication, High Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. Advising on disputes arising under JCT, NEC and bespoke construction contracts. Supporting clients with dispute avoidance, project risk management and strategic commercial advice.
