We are seeking an Associate in Construction Litigation to join a leading London law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to work on high‑profile, complex UK construction disputes, advising blue‑chip clients across the real estate, development, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex construction disputes from start to finish, including adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, litigation, and enforcement proceedings in the TCC.
- Provide autonomous, strategic advice on matters such as final account and delay claims, quality of build, construction insolvency, bond claims, fire and structural safety under new legislation, professional indemnity, and insurance‑related disputes.
- Offer commercial and technical guidance to clients, assessing risk and proposing innovative solutions in partnership with senior colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor across multiple matters.
- Manage projects efficiently, including instructing counsel, liaising with experts, and attending client and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay at the forefront of construction law developments, sharing insight and best practice across the team and wider firm.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience handling contentious construction matters at a senior level.
- Knowledge of adjudication, arbitration, and litigation processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
- Confident communication and client‑facing expertise, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor.
