Construction Lawyer (Non-Contentious) | London

A leading UK law firm with an outstanding reputation across real estate and construction is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Non-contentious Construction team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified construction solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE to join a successful and growing practice and work on high-quality, sophisticated construction matters for an impressive client base.

The role will focus exclusively on non-contentious construction work, making it particularly attractive to lawyers looking to develop and deepen their expertise in this specialist area.

Working as part of an established and collaborative construction team, you will advise clients on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, acting on complex and high-value projects.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Advising clients on a range of non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and related project documentation.
  • Advising on construction contracts and associated commercial arrangements.
  • Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of major development and construction projects.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the firm, particularly those specialising in real estate and property development.
  • Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients and providing commercially focused legal advice.
  • Taking increasing responsibility for matters and playing an active role in the development of the wider construction practice.
  • Contributing to business development, networking and profile-raising initiatives.
  • Supporting the firm's wider pro bono, community, sustainability and responsible business activities.
