Flexible working is genuinely supported, with a hybrid model (typically 2-3 days in the office) and a comprehensive benefits package. The firm is strongly committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, and actively promotes fair recruitment and progression practices across the business.

This is a compelling opportunity for a construction lawyer seeking high-quality non-contentious construction work; a premium, diverse and international client base; early responsibility and client access; a collaborative and inclusive culture; and long-term career development within a respected Real Estate and Construction practice.
