Overview
This is a career-defining opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Private Client division, working as part of a large, supportive department with significant regional presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead complex matters across the full range of Private Client work, including:
- Wills and succession planning
- Estate administration and probate
- Complex inheritance tax and trust structures
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client advice
About You
- 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law, with strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
- The ability to handle complex and high-value matters with confidence
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
- A collaborative approach, contributing to both the Worcester office and the wider team
- The ambition to help shape the continued expansion of the practice
