This is a major UK business, and one of the leaders in its field, with several thousand employees, operating in a highly environmentally conscious sector. The business is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor to work mainly on commercial contracts but with the opportunity to gain exposure to highly legal work including assisting on construction, corporate M&A, and general legal & compliance matters.
You will be assisting on legal and contractual matters and interacting with senior stakeholders, on what is a major area of expansion for the business. The business already has significant operations in this area and it is a key focus for the future.
This is a superb opportunity for a bright, ambitious, newly qualified solicitor, with an interest in commercial law, to get involved in a business, taking on a highly interesting and challenging role with the support of more senior commercial lawyers, who are highly personable and supportive.
